We are looking for a Production Engineer who will take an active role in the efficient operation of the production line, capacity planning, and continuous improvement processes.

About the Position
As part of the Constmach production family, we are looking for a Production Engineer to join our concrete batching plant and crushing-screening plant production line. Work with us to apply your engineering expertise in the field and build a quality- and efficiency-focused production environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the daily operational monitoring of the production line
- Manage capacity planning and work order management
- Conduct efficiency analyses and continuous improvement projects
- Work in close coordination with the quality control team
- Prepare production reports and present them to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
- Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles
- For male candidates, completed military service
Preferred Qualifications
- Good command of English (intermediate level and above)
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Team management experience
