Constmach has shipped a 150 tph stone crushing and screening plant to a customer in Cameroon. The plant brings together a C-90 jaw crusher, a Metso HP200 cone crusher, a CVS-2050 vibrating screen, feeding hoppers and a full set of feeding, feedback and stock conveyors. Installation will be carried out by Constmach assembly staff in the coming days, giving the customer a complete crushing line ready for production.

Robust Capacity for Cameroon

At 150 tph, the plant offers substantial throughput well matched to the aggregate demand generated by construction and infrastructure work in Cameroon. A capacity of this scale allows the operator to supply quarried stone to several projects at once and build stockpiles efficiently. With a balanced circuit designed around this output, the plant delivers steady, dependable production throughout long working days.

Primary Crushing With the C-90 Jaw

The C-90 jaw crusher handles the primary stage, reducing large run-of-quarry rock to a size suitable for further processing. Jaw crushers are valued for their ability to take coarse, hard material and deliver high throughput with simple, robust mechanics. As the first stage in the circuit, the C-90 sets the feed rate for the whole plant, ensuring a consistent supply to the cone crusher that follows.

Fine Reduction With the Metso HP200 Cone

The Metso HP200 cone crusher carries out secondary and tertiary reduction, producing well-shaped aggregate in finer fractions. Cone crushers are known for high reduction ratios and excellent particle shape, making them ideal for producing quality concrete and road-building aggregate. Pairing a proven Metso unit with the line gives the Cameroonian customer reliable performance and the consistent product quality that demanding projects require.

Accurate Sizing With the CVS-2050 Screen

The CVS-2050 vibrating screen separates the crushed material into precise size fractions, allowing the operator to produce several saleable products from a single feed. Accurate screening turns crushed stone into marketable aggregate, with each fraction meeting specification. Working alongside the crushers, the screen ensures a clean separation of products and keeps the circuit balanced from feed through to finished stockpile.

Smooth Material Flow With Integrated Conveyors

Feeding hoppers and a complete set of feeding, feedback and stock conveyors tie the plant together, moving material smoothly between each stage and out to stockpile. Feedback conveyors return oversize material for further crushing, improving yield, while stock conveyors build organised product piles ready for dispatch. This integrated material handling keeps the plant running continuously and minimises manual intervention on site.

Strengthening Constmach in Cameroon

This shipment underlines Constmach's expanding presence in Central and West Africa and its ability to deliver complete, high-capacity crushing solutions. With installation by company assembly staff to follow, the customer can look forward to a smooth commissioning and dependable 150 tph production from a well-balanced plant for years to come.
