Constmach Mobile 30 Concrete Plant Shipped to Serbia

Constmach has shipped its Mobile 30 mobile concrete batching plant, rated at 30 m³/h, to a client in Serbia. The unit is fitted with a 750/500 single-shaft mixer and carries a 33-tonne internal-type cement silo mounted directly on its body. This is the second plant of the same type and capacity that Constmach has exported to Serbia in the past two months, and it will be installed by the company's own supervisors in the coming days.
Repeat Demand in the Serbian Market
Delivering a second identical Mobile 30 to Serbia within two months points to strong, repeat demand for compact mobile plants in the market. Serbian contractors value equipment that can be mobilised quickly and moved between sites as work progresses, and the Mobile 30 is built precisely for that pattern of use. The repeat order also reflects the confidence customers in the region place in Constmach's mobile batching range.
Reliable 750/500 Single-Shaft Mixing
At the core of the plant is a 750/500 single-shaft mixer, a robust and proven design well suited to ready-mix concrete production. Single-shaft mixers combine efficient mixing with straightforward maintenance, helping the operator achieve consistent, homogeneous batches. For a contractor moving between projects, this dependable mixing performance ensures the concrete meets specification regardless of where the plant is set up.
On-Board Cement Storage
The Mobile 30 carries a 33-tonne internal-type cement silo integrated directly into its body, removing the need for a separate silo installation. This on-board storage keeps the overall footprint compact and makes relocation simpler, since the cement capacity travels with the plant. With ample cement on hand, the operator can sustain continuous production through the working day without frequent deliveries interrupting the flow of work.
Mobility for Changing Sites
As a mobile plant, the Mobile 30 is designed to be transported, installed quickly and redeployed as projects shift location. This flexibility is a clear advantage for Serbian contractors handling several sites or shorter-duration jobs. Minimal site preparation is required, so the operator can begin producing concrete soon after the plant arrives, reducing downtime between mobilisations and keeping project schedules on track.
Full Automation for Consistent Output
The plant operates under full automatic control, governing the batching sequence precisely to deliver repeatable results from batch to batch. Automation reduces the scope for operator error and allows a small team to manage production efficiently. Combined with the plant's robust construction, this ensures the Serbian customer can rely on consistent quality and steady output throughout demanding production schedules.
Strengthening Constmach in Serbia
This second shipment to Serbia underlines Constmach's growing presence in Southeast Europe and its ability to meet repeat demand with dependable, well-proven equipment. With installation by company supervisors to follow, the customer can expect a smooth commissioning and reliable concrete production from the Mobile 30 for many years to come.
