Constmach BS-36 and BS-42 Block Plant Agreement Signed in Nigeria

Constmach has signed a sales agreement for two full automatic concrete block and interlock plants, the BS-36 and BS-42, with a customer in Nigeria. Manufacturing of the plants is due to begin in the coming days. The agreement reflects strong demand for block-production equipment in the West African market and the trust the customer places in Constmach's automated machinery.
Two Plants for a Growing Market
Equipping a single customer with both the BS-36 and BS-42 points to ambitious production plans suited to Nigeria's expanding construction sector. Operating two block plants allows the customer to scale output significantly and serve a broad base of building and paving projects. As demand for masonry and interlocking products continues to grow across the region, this dual investment positions the operator to meet it with substantial, reliable capacity.
Automated Block and Interlock Production
Both the BS-36 and BS-42 are full automatic plants designed to produce concrete blocks and interlocking paving units in high volume. Automation governs the production cycle precisely, delivering consistent quality while reducing labour requirements and the scope for error. For a Nigerian customer focused on efficient, large-scale output, automated lines of this kind are central to maintaining both productivity and product standards.
Complementary Capacities
The BS-36 and BS-42 designations reflect different production capacities, giving the customer two complementary lines under one roof. Running plants of differing output allows the operator to match production flexibly to demand, dedicating each line to particular products or order volumes. This combination improves overall efficiency and provides resilience, since work can continue on one line while the other is serviced or reconfigured.
Consistent Quality Across Products
Full automatic operation ensures each block and paver is formed and compacted to the same specification, batch after batch. Consistent dimensions and strength are essential for masonry and paving products, and the precise control of both plants delivers reliable results. This consistency helps the Nigerian customer build a strong reputation for quality with its own clients across the construction market.
Built for Demanding Production
Concrete block plants operate under heavy, continuous loads, so robust construction is essential for dependable service. Both the BS-36 and BS-42 are engineered for sustained high-volume production with components designed for straightforward maintenance. This durability gives the customer confidence that the plants will keep running through busy periods, supporting reliable supply to a market with strong, ongoing demand.
Strengthening Constmach in Nigeria
This agreement underlines Constmach's expanding presence in West Africa and the trust customers place in its block-production equipment. With manufacturing about to begin on both plants, the Nigerian customer can look forward to two dependable, fully automatic lines ready to support large-scale, high-quality production for years to come.
