Constmach Mobile 100 Wet & Dry Plant Commissioned on Ibiza Island, Spain

Constmach has taken its Mobile 100 Wet & Dry mobile concrete plant into operation for a customer on Ibiza Island, Spain. Installed for a construction project serving Ibiza airport, the plant is capable of producing both wet and dry types of concrete, offering the operator flexible supply options on a busy island job site.
Versatile Wet and Dry Concrete
The ability to produce both wet and dry concrete from one plant is a significant advantage. The operator can switch between fully mixed concrete and dry-batched materials according to each application, making the Mobile 100 well suited to the diverse demands of airport and infrastructure construction.
Reliable Mixing and Storage
This installation is built around a 3000/2000 CTS-2 twin-shaft mixer, delivering fast and uniform mixing at high capacity. Cement is stored in two 50-tonne silos, sized appropriately for the site, while a prefeeding conveyor ensures efficient and continuous aggregate feeding during production.
Installed, Tested and Ready
Constmach completed the project as a full turnkey delivery: the plant was installed on site, trial production was carried out, and the customer's operator was trained to run the equipment correctly. This careful commissioning process ensures the plant performs to specification from the very first batch and that the operator can maintain quality and output independently.
A Reference Project in the Mediterranean
Delivering a fully working plant to an island location such as Ibiza demonstrates Constmach's ability to manage logistics, installation and start-up wherever its customers operate. The successful commissioning adds another valued reference to the company's portfolio in Spain. Constmach wishes its client a successful business and looks forward to supporting concrete production on the island for many years to come.
Concrete Production Built for Island Logistics
Operating on an island such as Ibiza adds logistical challenges that make on-site concrete production especially valuable. By manufacturing concrete locally with the Mobile 100 Wet & Dry plant, the customer reduces dependence on imported ready-mix and gains full control over supply for the airport project. The plant's flexible wet-and-dry output and ample cement storage allow production to continue smoothly even when deliveries to the island are constrained. This self-sufficiency, backed by Constmach's supervised installation and operator training, ensures a dependable concrete supply throughout the construction programme.
Self-Sufficient Production on Ibiza
Operating on an island makes on-site concrete production particularly valuable, and this Mobile 100 Wet and Dry plant gives the customer real independence. By batching both wet and dry concrete locally, the operator reduces reliance on mainland shipments and keeps the Ibiza airport project moving on its own schedule. The plant's flexible output and dependable mixing ensure the right concrete is always available, making it a strategically important asset in a location where logistics can otherwise be a constraint.
