Constmach has taken its Mobile 30 mobile concrete batching plant into operation for a customer in Serbia, completing installation, trial production and operator training on site. This is the second Constmach concrete plant to be commissioned in Serbia, with two more plants set to be installed in the near future, reflecting the company's rapidly growing presence in the Serbian construction market.

Compact Mobile Production for Serbia

The Mobile 30 is a compact, mobile plant designed for quick set-up and easy relocation, making it well suited to projects across Serbia where flexibility is valued. The operator can mobilise the plant with minimal site preparation and move it as work shifts between locations. This adaptability allows the customer to keep concrete production close to the job, responding efficiently to the changing demands of different sites.

Reliable Single-Shaft Mixing

At the heart of the plant is a 750/500 single-shaft mixer, known for its dependable and uniform mixing action. Single-shaft mixers are robust and efficient, producing consistent, homogeneous batches across a range of concrete recipes. For the Serbian customer, this ensures reliable concrete quality from batch to batch, supporting confident performance on the construction projects the plant will serve.

Integrated Cement Storage

The plant is equipped with a single 30-tonne capacity internal type cement silo, providing convenient on-site storage in a compact, integrated arrangement. The internal silo design keeps the footprint tidy and simplifies set-up, while the capacity supports continuous production matched to the plant's output. This keeps binder flowing steadily through the working day and helps maintain a smooth, efficient batching cycle.

Easy Operation for a Small Team

The Mobile 30 is designed to be simple to run, with a clear batching sequence that lets a small crew produce consistent concrete with confidence. Easy access to key components keeps routine maintenance quick and helps minimise downtime. For the Serbian customer, this practical, low-maintenance design supports dependable day-to-day production and keeps running costs manageable across the plant's working life.

Commissioned and Operator Trained

The Mobile 30 has been fully installed, trial production has been completed, and the customer's operator has been trained to run the plant correctly and safely. This supervised commissioning ensures the equipment performs as intended from the start and that the team is confident operating it day to day. Hands-on training reduces the risk of early issues and helps the customer reach reliable production quickly.

Expanding Constmach in Serbia

As the second Constmach concrete plant commissioned in Serbia, with two more on the way, this Mobile 30 highlights the company's growing momentum in the country. By pairing dependable, mobile equipment with attentive installation and after-sales support, Constmach continues to win the confidence of Serbian contractors. The company wishes its client a successful business and many productive years of service from this high-quality plant.
