Constmach Mobile JC-2 Crushing and Screening Plant Shipped to Uruguay

Constmach has shipped the first chassis of its Mobile JC-2 mobile crushing and screening plant to a customer in Uruguay, marking the company's first mobile crusher in the country. Built around a primary jaw crusher and an integrated dust suppression system, the plant is now en route, with trial production scheduled to begin shortly after final assembly on site.
A First for Constmach in Uruguay
This shipment represents Constmach's first mobile crushing plant delivered to Uruguay, an important milestone in the company's growth across South America. Entering a new market with a mobile solution gives the customer a strong foundation for aggregate production while introducing the Constmach brand to the region. The order reflects rising demand for dependable, transportable crushing equipment among contractors working across diverse and often remote project sites.
Primary Jaw Crusher at the Core
The plant is equipped with a primary jaw crusher, the workhorse of any crushing operation. Jaw crushers handle hard, abrasive feed material and reduce large rock to manageable sizes for downstream processing. Their robust construction and high reduction ratio make them well suited to the demanding conditions typical of quarrying and aggregate work, ensuring the Uruguayan customer can rely on consistent throughput from the first stage of the process.
Integrated Dust Suppression
An integrated dust suppression system is a notable feature of this plant. By controlling airborne dust at the crushing point, the system improves working conditions for operators, protects equipment, and helps the site meet environmental expectations. Effective dust management is increasingly important on modern crushing operations, and its inclusion shows Constmach's attention to both productivity and responsible operation in the field.
Mobility for Changing Worksites
As a mobile plant, the Mobile JC-2 can be relocated as work progresses, allowing the operator to follow material rather than haul it long distances. This flexibility reduces transport costs and shortens setup times between locations. For a market such as Uruguay, where projects can be spread across wide areas, a mobile configuration offers clear operational and economic advantages over a fixed installation.
Trial Production to Follow
With the first chassis shipped, attention now turns to delivery, assembly, and commissioning. Trial production will start soon once the plant is installed, allowing the customer to verify performance under real working conditions before full operation begins. Constmach will continue to share updates as the project advances toward final assembly.
Building a Presence in South America
This first mobile crusher in Uruguay underlines Constmach's commitment to expanding its footprint across South America. By delivering well-built equipment backed by experienced supervision and after-sales support, the company aims to establish lasting relationships with customers in the region and to grow its reputation for reliable crushing and screening solutions.
