Constmach has taken its Stationary 100 fixed concrete batching plant into operation for a customer in Serbia, adding to the company's growing presence in Southeast Europe. The plant is built around a 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer and is equipped with two 75-tonne bolted-type cement silos, providing a strong, high-capacity foundation for consistent concrete production at a fixed location.

A Fixed Plant for Steady Output

As a stationary installation, the Stationary 100 is designed for sites with sustained, long-term concrete demand. A permanent setup allows the operator to optimise the layout for efficient material flow and continuous production. For the Serbian customer, this fixed configuration offers a dependable base for supplying ready-mixed concrete to ongoing construction and infrastructure work in the region.

Powerful Twin-Shaft Mixing

At the core of the plant is a 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer, a high-capacity unit built for intensive batching. Twin-shaft mixers are known for their fast, thorough mixing action, producing homogeneous concrete batch after batch. This mixer enables the customer to meet substantial volume requirements while maintaining the consistency expected on demanding construction and ready-mix projects.

Generous Cement Storage

The plant is supported by two 75-tonne bolted-type cement silos, giving a combined 150 tonnes of on-site storage. This ample capacity keeps production running through busy periods and reduces the frequency of cement deliveries. Bolted-type silos also offer practical advantages for transport and assembly, since they ship in sections and are bolted together on site rather than arriving as a single welded unit. This makes them a robust and convenient storage solution for a fixed installation, and the two-silo arrangement lets the operator hold different cement types side by side when a project calls for it.

Consistent, High-Quality Concrete

Reliable, uniform concrete is essential for durable construction, and the Stationary 100 is built to deliver it. Precise batching combined with thorough twin-shaft mixing ensures each load meets specification. This consistency gives the customer confidence that the plant will support quality standards across a wide range of structural, paving, and general building applications.

Efficient, Automated Operation

Full automation makes the Stationary 100 straightforward to run, with precise control over the batching sequence and repeatable results. This ease of operation reduces the scope for error and helps the customer maintain quality with a compact team. Robust construction further ensures the plant remains dependable through continuous, demanding daily use.

Strengthening Constmach in Serbia

This commissioning reflects Constmach's expanding footprint in Serbia and the wider Balkans. By delivering well-built, high-capacity plants backed by experienced supervision and responsive after-sales support, the company aims to build lasting relationships across the region. Constmach wishes its customer a long and successful business using this high-quality plant for many years to come.
