Constmach has shipped its Stationary 60 stationary-type concrete plant to a customer in Serbia, where it will become the company's seventh working plant in the country. Built around a twin-shaft mixer and supported by substantial cement storage, the Stationary 60 is designed for consistent, high-quality production at a fixed location, making it a strong choice for established Serbian operations.

A Growing Serbian Reference List

As the seventh Constmach plant to enter service in Serbia, this Stationary 60 reflects the strong relationship the company has built in the market. A steadily expanding base of working plants is a clear sign of customer trust and dependable performance over time. For the new owner, joining an established local reference list adds confidence in both the equipment and the support behind it.

Built for Stationary Production

The Stationary 60 is configured for a permanent installation, ideal for customers with an established site and a steady, ongoing demand for concrete. A fixed plant allows for a well-organised layout and reliable long-term output, supporting efficient daily operation. For the Serbian customer, this stationary setup provides a solid foundation for serving the local ready-mix and construction market.

Powerful 1500/1000 Twin-Shaft Mixing

At the heart of the plant is a 1500/1000 CTS-1 twin-shaft mixer, engineered for intensive, high-quality mixing. Twin-shaft mixers produce large, homogeneous batches quickly and handle demanding concrete recipes with ease. This mixer gives the customer the throughput and consistency needed to meet exacting quality standards across a wide range of construction applications.

Ample Cement Storage

The plant is equipped with two sets of 75-tonne capacity cement silos, providing substantial on-site storage. This generous reserve allows the operator to sustain steady production without frequent interruptions for cement deliveries. With ample storage matched to the plant's output, the Stationary 60 can maintain a continuous production flow through the busiest working periods.

Installation by Constmach Supervisors

The plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days. Experienced on-site supervision during assembly and commissioning helps the customer bring the plant into reliable production quickly, with trial runs and operator guidance that prepare the team for daily operation. This hands-on support reflects the service that has helped Constmach build a strong base in Serbia.

Strengthening Constmach in Serbia

This shipment further deepens Constmach's well-established presence in the Serbian market and its commitment to supporting customers with dependable, high-quality plants. As the seventh working plant in the country, the Stationary 60 reinforces a record of reliable performance and gives its operator a robust, efficient platform for concrete production for years to come.
