Constmach Crushing, Screening and Washing Plant Shipped to Romania

Constmach has shipped a complete crushing, screening and washing plant to a customer in Romania, the company's first crushing plant to be delivered to the country. Combining crushing, screening and washing in a single line, the plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, with further news to follow on its commissioning and the start of production.

A First Crushing Plant in Romania

This delivery marks the first Constmach crushing plant to enter operation in Romania, an important milestone for the company in Eastern Europe. CTK-1210 Tertiary Impact Crusher

The plant is built around a CTK-1210 tertiary impact crusher, a machine designed to produce well-shaped, finely graded aggregate. Tertiary impact crushers are valued for their ability to deliver cubical product suited to concrete and asphalt applications. This makes the CTK-1210 a strong foundation for the line, ensuring a quality finished material for the customer.

CVS-2060/3 Vibrating Screen

Screening is handled by a CVS-2060/3 vibrating screen, which separates the crushed material into the required size fractions. Efficient screening ensures the final product meets specification and that oversized material is returned for further crushing. The three-deck arrangement allows the plant to produce several well-defined product grades from a single pass.

Wheel and Screw Washing

The plant includes a wheel washer along with two screw washers, providing thorough cleaning of the aggregate. These washing units remove clay, silt and unwanted fines, producing cleaner sand and stone ready for use or sale. Combining wheel and screw washing ensures both coarse and fine material are effectively cleaned, raising the quality of the end product.

Feeding Hopper and Conveyors

A feeding hopper and a set of conveyors complete the plant, moving material smoothly through each stage of the process. The hopper provides a steady, controlled feed into the circuit, while the conveyors link the crushing, screening and washing units into one continuous line. This integrated layout supports efficient, uninterrupted production on site, reducing manual handling between stages and helping the Romanian operator maintain a consistent flow of material from raw feed through to clean, graded final product.
