Constmach JCV-2 Mobile Crushing Plant Shipped to Cameroon

Constmach has shipped its JCV-2 mobile crushing plant to a customer in Cameroon, extending the company's reach across Central Africa. The plant combines a CJC-90 jaw crusher, a Metso HP 200 cone crusher, a VSI 900 CR vertical shaft impact crusher and a CVS 1850 vibrating screen mounted on double movable chassises. It will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days.
A Complete Crushing Train
The JCV-2 brings together primary, secondary and tertiary crushing along with screening in a single integrated solution. The CJC-90 jaw crusher handles primary reduction, the Metso HP 200 cone crusher takes on secondary crushing, and the VSI 900 CR vertical shaft impact crusher shapes the final product. The CVS 1850 vibrating screen classifies the output into the required fractions, delivering a complete processing line for the customer.
Mobile, Solution-Oriented Design
Mounted on double movable chassises, the JCV-2 offers genuine mobility, allowing the operator to position the plant where it is needed and relocate it as work progresses. This flexibility is particularly valuable in Cameroon, where projects may span multiple sites or remote locations. The configuration reflects Constmach's solution-oriented approach to meeting each customer's specific requirements.
Shipped in Containers to Cut Costs
The plant has been shipped in disassembled position inside containers, a method chosen to minimise the customer's freight costs. Containerised transport keeps shipping efficient and protects the equipment during the long journey to Central Africa. This is another example of Constmach's flexibility and its commitment to delivering practical, cost-conscious solutions for customers worldwide.
Quality Cubical Aggregate
The inclusion of a vertical shaft impact crusher allows the JCV-2 to produce well-shaped, cubical aggregate suited to high-quality concrete and asphalt applications. Properly shaped aggregate is essential for durable construction materials, and the VSI stage gives the customer control over the final product quality. This makes the plant a strong choice for producers focused on premium output.
Built for Demanding Conditions
Constmach builds its mobile crushing plants for robust, continuous operation in demanding environments. Durable components and proven crushing technology ensure the JCV-2 can handle abrasive material and heavy workloads with minimal downtime. This reliability is especially important in markets such as Cameroon, where dependable performance is key to keeping projects on schedule.
Strengthening Constmach in Africa
This shipment reflects Constmach's growing presence across the African continent and its ability to tailor solutions to each customer's needs. As installation gets under way, the company looks forward to sharing more news from the project. The JCV-2 delivery to Cameroon demonstrates the international appeal of Constmach's mobile crushing and screening solutions.
