Constmach JS-2 Mobile Crushing Plant Shipped to Somaliland

Constmach has shipped its JS-2 mobile crushing plant to a customer in Somaliland, extending the company's reach across the Horn of Africa. The plant combines a CJC-90 jaw crusher, a CSI-1212 secondary impact crusher and a CVS-1850 vibrating screen mounted on double movable chassises. It will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days.
An Integrated Crushing Line
The JS-2 brings primary crushing, secondary crushing and screening together in a single integrated solution. The CJC-90 jaw crusher handles primary reduction, the CSI-1212 secondary impact crusher takes on further crushing, and the CVS-1850 vibrating screen classifies the output into the required fractions. This complete line gives the customer an efficient, self-contained processing solution for aggregate production.
Mobile, Solution-Oriented Design
Mounted on double movable chassises, the JS-2 offers genuine mobility, allowing the operator to position the plant where it is needed and relocate it as work progresses. This flexibility is particularly valuable in Somaliland, where projects may span multiple sites or remote locations. The configuration reflects Constmach's solution-oriented approach to meeting each customer's specific requirements.
Shipped in Containers to Cut Costs
The plant has been shipped in disassembled position inside containers, a method chosen to minimise the customer's freight costs. Containerised transport keeps shipping efficient and protects the equipment during the long journey to the Horn of Africa. This is another example of Constmach's flexibility and its commitment to delivering practical, cost-conscious solutions for customers worldwide.
Effective Secondary Crushing
The CSI-1212 secondary impact crusher allows the JS-2 to reduce material to well-graded sizes suited to construction applications. Impact crushers are effective at producing good product shape and a high reduction ratio, helping the customer achieve quality output across a range of aggregate fractions. The well-shaped material they produce is valuable for concrete and asphalt mixes that depend on consistent grading. Combined with the jaw crusher and screen, this stage rounds out a versatile and capable processing line.
Built for Demanding Conditions
Constmach builds its mobile crushing plants for robust, continuous operation in demanding environments. Durable components and proven crushing technology ensure the JS-2 can handle abrasive material and heavy workloads with minimal downtime. This reliability is especially important in markets such as Somaliland, where dependable performance is key to keeping projects on track.
Strengthening Constmach in Africa
This shipment reflects Constmach's growing presence across the African continent and its ability to tailor solutions to each customer's needs. As installation gets under way, the company looks forward to sharing more news from the project. The JS-2 delivery to Somaliland demonstrates the international appeal of Constmach's mobile crushing and screening solutions.
