JS-3 Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant Commissioned in Mongolia

Constmach has successfully commissioned its JS-3 mobile crushing and screening plant for a customer in Mongolia, adding another international reference to the company's growing portfolio of mobile aggregate solutions. Built on two independent mobile chassis, the plant was engineered to deliver consistent, high-capacity crushing while remaining easy to relocate between sites — a decisive advantage for Mongolia's expanding infrastructure and mining projects.
A Two-Chassis Mobile Crushing Solution
The JS-3 is organised around a two-stage layout split across two mobile chassis. The first chassis carries the primary crushing unit, while the second handles secondary crushing and screening. This configuration lets the plant operate as one coordinated system, yet still be transported in separate, road-legal loads. Once on site, the unit can be made operational quickly, shortening installation time and helping the customer begin production with minimal delay.
Technical Configuration and Capacity
Primary crushing is performed by the CJC-110 jaw crusher, which delivers an output of approximately 150 to 420 tons per hour and establishes a strong, stable foundation for the process. Material is then conveyed to the second chassis, where the CSI-1215 secondary impact crusher refines the aggregate at a capacity of around 300 to 350 tons per hour. A CVS-2060 three-deck vibrating screen, rated at roughly 192 to 240 tons per hour, classifies the finished product into precise size fractions. Together these units form a balanced line producing well-graded aggregate for concrete, asphalt and general construction.
Built for Demanding Site Conditions
Mobility was a core requirement for this project. Because the JS-3 is mounted on wheeled chassis, the operator can reposition the plant as quarry faces change or as work moves to new locations, without the cost and downtime of dismantling a fixed installation. The heavy-duty construction of the jaw and impact crushers is matched to hard-stone applications, ensuring dependable performance and a long service life even under continuous, high-tonnage operation.
Strengthening Constmach's Global Presence
The Mongolia commissioning underlines Constmach's ability to deliver tailored, turnkey mobile crushing and screening systems to customers across diverse markets and climates. From initial engineering through shipment, installation and start-up, the company supports each project as a complete solution, reinforcing its position as a reliable partner for contractors and aggregate producers seeking productive, transportable plants.
Supporting Mongolia's Infrastructure Growth
Mongolia's expanding infrastructure and mining sectors need dependable, locally deployable aggregate production, and the JS-3 is well matched to that demand. Its rugged design copes with hard, abrasive stone and wide temperature swings, while its mobility allows the operator to follow the work as projects develop. By commissioning the plant to full production and training the customer's team, Constmach has ensured the JS-3 can deliver consistent, high-quality aggregate for the long term, supporting the country's construction ambitions from the very first tonnes processed.
