Constmach JT-1 Mobile Crushing Plant Shipped to Morocco

Constmach has shipped its JT-1 mobile crushing plant to a customer in Morocco, adding another compact, fully mobile crushing solution to the company's growing presence in North Africa. Built on a single movable chassis, the JT-1 brings a complete, multi-stage crushing and screening line to a remarkably transportable platform.

A Complete Line on One Chassis

The JT-1 is engineered to deliver primary crushing, tertiary crushing and screening from a single movable chassis. This highly integrated design makes the plant exceptionally easy to transport and quick to set up, allowing the customer to bring a full crushing line directly to the work site. Primary Jaw Crushing

The line begins with a C-60 jaw crusher, which handles primary reduction by breaking down large feed stone into manageable sizes. The jaw crusher provides a strong, stable foundation for the rest of the process, accepting raw material and preparing it for further refinement. Its robust construction is well matched to the hard stone typical of the region.

Tertiary Crushing for a Fine Finish

Material then passes to a CTK 1010 tertiary crusher, which refines the aggregate into precisely shaped final products. Tertiary crushing improves particle shape and increases the proportion of fine, premium fractions, allowing the customer to produce high-quality aggregate suitable for demanding concrete and construction applications from a single, compact plant.

Accurate Screening

A CVS 1640 vibrating screen classifies the crushed material into precise size fractions, ensuring the finished products meet specification. Integrated into the same chassis, the screen completes the line so the customer can produce several accurately sized products in one continuous flow, maximising the value extracted from each tonne of feed.

Mobility for On-Site Work

With its entire line mounted on one movable chassis, the JT-1 offers outstanding mobility. The operator can relocate the plant between quarries and job sites quickly and economically, bringing crushing capacity to the material and avoiding the cost of hauling stone over distance.
