CONSTMACH 100 tonnes capacity cement silo CS-100 has a wide range of usage area from concrete plants to block machines and also ground study applications. CS-100 can be manufactured as bolted or welded type. 2 sets of bolted version of CS-100 can be shipped within 1 pcs. 40 ft. OT container or a truck.

CONSTMACH CS-100 cement silo is equipped with maintenance platform between the legs, cement filling pipe, inner and outer manholes, safety guards, roof flanges for air filter and pressure safety valve, a roof gate for inner manhole and also a cone flange for butter fly valve.

CONSTMACH CS-100 cement silo is supplied together with all necessary silo equipment such as cement screw conveyor with the desired diameter & length, air filter, pressure safety valve, top & bottom level indicators, air fluidization nozzles, pulse valve and cone butterfly valve for manual cement discharging.

In case of manufacturing the bolted type version, parts of cement silos are manufactured by sensitive laser cutting and drilling methods. In the jobsite, parts of cement silos can be assembled easily and sensitively.

All static load and mechanical calculations of CS-100 are performed by using ANSYS Workbench CAE software and the silo is capable of storing 100 tons of cement or similar material under any conditions without any deformation.

1 layer of anticorrosive paint and 2 layers of FINAL COAT EPOXY PAINT with total paint thickness of 140 microns are applied on our cement silos.

Storage capacity is matched to the operation: small batching plants use one silo at the lower end of the range, large precast clusters and terminals use one or more at the upper end.

CS-100 Cement Silo holds 113 Tons, 85 m³ (cement density as 1,3 ton/m³) of cement (or similar fine bulk powder such as fly ash, slag cement or limestone filler) and dispenses it via the bottom screw conveyor at the rate the downstream plant requires. Charging is pneumatic from a bulk-cement tanker via the dedicated charging line. The interior is fitted with air-fluidisation nozzles to keep cement flowing freely from the cone, even after long static storage.
