CONSTMACH JCV-2 Triple Chassis Mobile Crushing Plant is combination of our JC-2 mobile crushing plant and V-80 mobile sand making plant. The system is used in case of requiring to crush hardest rocks such as granite, basalt etc. and also to have high ratio fine material with good cubical shape at the same time.

JCV-2 production capacity changes between 120 to 150 tph according to hardness grade of the material to be crushed. Maximum feeding size is 900 x 650 mm. The cone crusher is Metso HP 200 or equivalent model and the VSI model is VSI-800-CR. It is possible to get 5 different fractions at the same time.

In case of need, it is possible to adapt an electric generator to chassis of the plant.

JCV-2 is a user-friendly combination which promises easy mount/assemble features to its operators. The plant can be put into use in very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feeding hopper and stock conveyors with hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case the plant can be taken to operation without needing any external equipment such as crane, loader etc.

JCV-2 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC. JCV-2 is operated by just a tablet controller.

Overall dimensions of both chassises JCV-2 are determined according to international road transport regulations and it is transported between jobsites easily.

  • Rotor wear parts and chamber components in the VSI
  • Screen media on the vibrating screens and conveyor belts

Hard, abrasive feed such as granite and basalt increases wear on these parts, so their condition is a routine maintenance focus.

How does the JCV-2 compare with the JC-2?

The JC-2 is a two-stage plant with a primary jaw crusher and a secondary cone crusher on two chassis. The JCV-2 retains that jaw and cone arrangement and adds a VSI 800 CR third stage on a separate chassis. The VSI improves particle shape and produces manufactured sand, which is the reason to select the JCV configuration over the JC configuration.

How is the plant integrated as one circuit?

The three chassis run as a single closed circuit. Feed passes from the jaw chassis to the cone chassis and then to the VSI chassis, with feedback conveyors returning oversize for further reduction. A Siemens and Schneider based PLC automation system with tablet control coordinates the stages, and each chassis carries a dust removal system.
