CONSTMACH MOBILE 30 is a fully automatic mobile concrete batching plant engineered for projects that demand rapid deployment, short start-up time and minimum site infrastructure. The complete production system — aggregate hoppers, weighing units, mixer and even the cement silo — is integrated onto a single wheeled mobile chassis, allowing the plant to be transported as a single unit and to begin production within hours of arriving on site.

Site preparation for MOBILE 30 is reduced to its essentials: a flat, load-bearing surface is sufficient. The chassis-mounted cement silo carries 30 tonnes of stock capacity, which is enough for continuous operation on most jobsites. Where higher buffer capacity is required, external cement silos from 50 to 500 tonnes can be added; these external silos are supplied with full steel legs, eliminating the need for in-situ concrete foundations.

MOBILE 30 supports single-shaft, twin-shaft, pan and planetary mixers, so the same chassis can be configured for ready-mixed concrete, dry-mixed concrete, precast concrete or specialty applications. Mixer selection is matched to the customer's mix design and shift workload before delivery, ensuring that the plant arrives ready for the specific product it will produce.

When combined with our mobile aggregate pre-feeding conveyors, MOBILE 30 removes the need for a permanent loading ramp on site. This further reduces civil works and lowers the total jobsite investment compared with stationary alternatives of similar capacity.

MOBILE 30 is fitted with a high-tech automation package built around SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER electronic components and a SIEMENS PLC. The plant is operated from a multi-language software with a clear user interface, recipe library, batch reporting and material consumption tracking — making operator training short and day-to-day production traceable.

The overall dimensions of MOBILE 30 comply with international road transport regulations, so the plant can be moved between jobsites without special permits in most regions and without disassembly — a key advantage for contractors who follow projects across multiple sites in a single season.
