Stationary 240 | Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

CONSTMACH STATIONARY 240 stationary concrete plant consists of two separate and independent concrete plants, each with a capacity of 120 m³/hour, installed side by side on the same site. In this plant, there are double independent 3 m³ capacity mixers and discharging is made by two different discharging buckets to two different truck mixers. Most important advantage of this plant is charging two truck mixers at the same time for not to spend so much time for waiting for the trucks. While one mixer is used for standard concrete production the other mixer can be used for special purpose concrete production such as concrete block or precast concrete. CONSTMACH STATIONARY 240 concrete batching plants are preferred for for extremely high capacity ready mixed concrete projects.

2 sets Twin shaft mixers with 3 m³ wet concrete volume are used in STATIONARY 240 concrete batching plants.

TWIN SHAFT MIXER

STATIONARY 240 concrete plant can be equipped with different size of cement silos from 100 to 500 tonnes storage capacity according to the needs and conditions of our clients’ projects. If the cement is supplied in bags, the cement is filled to the silos easily by means of a big bag opening and silo charging systems which are integrated to STATIONARY 240.

DIFFERENT SILO TYPES AND CAPACITY OPTIONS

STATIONARY 240 concrete plant can be equipped with different size of cement silos from 100 to 500 tonnes storage capacity according to the needs and conditions of our clients’ projects. If the cement is supplied in bags, the cement is filled to the silos easily by means of a big bag opening and silo charging systems which are integrated to STATIONARY 240.

Aggregate pre-feeding systems are our alternative solutions to the loading ramps which are necessary for charging the hoppers by loaders. In case of using aggregate pre-feeding systems, requirement of loading ramp is removed.

AGGREGATE PREFEEDING SYSTEM

Different Layouts and site plans for STATIONARY 240 concrete plant are applied according to the conditions of the field where the concrete plant is to be installed and in case of the field sizes are limited, aggregates is transferred by skip hoist system instead of belt conveyors.

STATIONARY 240 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC. The whole system is controlled through an advanced software which has sophisticated features and user friendly interface.

FAQ

Stationary 240 is purchased for permanent ready-mixed concrete plants serving urban distribution, infrastructure programmes (bridges, dams, highways, ports), large precast factories, and on-site concrete production at major construction projects. Operators choose Stationary 240 when the production target is stable over multiple years on a single site, where the upfront civil-works investment is justified by sustained output.

What Stationary 240 Produces

Stationary 240 produces ready-mixed concrete at a rated capacity of 240 m³/h. The concrete output is matched to the customer's mix design — typical recipes range from low-slump structural concrete (C20–C50) through high-slump flowable concrete to specialty mixes such as fibre-reinforced concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and roller-compacted concrete (RCC). Output is discharged directly into transit-mixer trucks for delivery to the placement point.

Suitability Factors

Stationary 240 is suitable for projects with: a fixed site for at least 2–5 years, road access for transit-mixer fleet circulation, electrical supply matching the plant's total motor power (400 kW), and water supply meeting concrete-quality standards. Where the project has overhead height restrictions, indoor installation requirements, or short-term deployment, mobile or compact plant alternatives are more appropriate.

Operating Considerations

Stationary 240 requires a maintenance schedule covering daily checks (water systems, conveyor belts, mixer wear plates), weekly checks (electrical contactors, hydraulic system, lubrication), and quarterly overhauls (mixer arms and chamber liners, weighing-system calibration). Spare-part stocking is concentrated on bolted wear plates and weighing-system load cells; CONSTMACH supplies recommended spare-part lists matched to expected operating hours.

Comparison To Alternatives

Compared to mobile and compact plant alternatives at similar capacity, Stationary 240 provides: higher peak throughput (full continuous-duty design), longer service life between major overhauls, and lower operating cost per cubic metre over the plant's lifetime. The trade-off is upfront civil works — foundation pads, ramps, silo bases — and a longer site-preparation timeline before first concrete production.
